Suggested Use:

As an herbal dietary supplement, take 1-2 full droppers daily with a meal. 1 dropper is equal to 1/4 teaspoon.

Ingredients:

Black Cohosh, Catalyst Altered Water, Natural Vegetable Glycerin.
