Ingredients: Natural vegetable glycerin, catalyst altered water, biotin, bee pollen, alfalfa, parsley, kelp and rosehips. Serving Size: 1 dropper, Approx: 48 servings per one ounce bottle.

Suggested Use:

As an herbal dietary supplement, take 1 full dropper daily with a meal. 1 dropper is equal to 1/4 teaspoon.
